Introduction to Craps

Image : http://www.flickr.com

The game of Craps Online Casino is fast, action packed game that is so often identified with high rollers. As you may know, "High Roller" is the term for players of great quality and price. Many of these bettors $ 100 chip to enter a casino craps game online with a credit line of $ 5,000 to $ 100,000.

The great thing about online casino craps game, is that the right $ 2 or $ 5 forecast of high rollers and share the fun and excitement of the game is in the sameAs in many cases, the player starts with € 50 in chips and making small bets may walk off the table profit of $ 500 to $ 1,500, while the high rollers can still write markers trying to recover his losses.
The scenario may apply to you and your bankroll $ 50 if it is stated in this chapter and practice what you pay
learn.

Even if you plan to walk up to a craps table online casino and all the action in principle be confusedCasino Craps is actually quite easy to learn. The game is always referred to as online casino craps: You shoot craps online casino, you are an online casino craps shooter, and, ironically, if you pull Online Casino Craps
! Lose

The roll of the dice

Online Casino Craps is a dice game played with dice. There isa gambling! There is no skill in shooting craps online casino. Every time I rolled dice are the odds of a set of numbers alwaysexactly the same.

This is your first lesson. The preceding paragraph can not be disputed. So do not fight - I think. If a shooter makes a 7 on his first shot, and another 7 on the next roll, there is no reason to say he can not win on the third roll. The possibility of a 7 on a particular role is exactly six chances in 36 Significantly, the 7 comes up, or rather the chance points to a door on each shot more than any other scheme numb thirty-six 1-1 the roles andShares.

In fact, there are only eleven different numbers (pairs) that you can see in rolled. As 1-1 scheme, may, while the pleasure is a possibility, a second role, and only one way to pull a 12, there are two possibilities to make a 3 or 11, three options for 4 and 10, four-roll opportunities
a 5 or 9, five ways for a 6 and 8, and six ways for a week

This clearly demonstrates the mathematics of craps online casino. While all you can throw any of these eleven numbers, and even if theThe odds are clearly identified, it is also true that the number could be 12 on two consecutive rolls. When a $ 5 chip on 12 and has had the role that you will receive $ 150 as payment. If you can drive this amount - ie, bet $ 150 on 12 for the next shot - and as already said many times, you will receive the enormous sum of $ 4,500.
For the same reason, bets on the 12 is something that we are not doing badly affected. He and other bets, as it is also beneficial to theHome, when you know what you read here Fron

Introduction to Online Casino Craps

The game of Craps Casino Online is easy to learn and play. The rules are easy to follow. This is a fun game that adds a great pleasure to your holiday fun game. And while most young women may have played online casino craps during their youth, Casino Online Casino Craps bank as a game for women as for men.

The difference between a private online gameCasino Craps Casino Online Casino Craps and Bank is this: In the first case, there is no bank. A shooter takes off the money and another player or players fading. The player is betting that will win, the fader is betting that lose. The shooter takes the dice and rolls them. If the roll of the dice, the same rules throughout the world. That is, the game mechanics are the same in a private game when they play in a casino bank. The only major difference is that the players betagainst each other.
In a game in the casinos, players place their bets and the casino bank, faded. In addition to covering every player's bet (covering the period has now been replaced fade), the Casino Online Casino Craps Betting Bank offers many other types of sentence. These bets, with the basic steps and Do not Pass bets are together graphic explained
1-2.

As you can see, there are four people actively running the game. The boxman sits behind the desk ofEast is the head. And 'his duty to see every pitch, and the eyes constantly in play. The two merchants to be paid to each side of him, from the players when they win and rake in their chips if they lose one. Each dealer handles all the players on his side. The betting table is divided by the middle pane of the sentence and also by the stickman, the table is on the player page des

The players are around the table, usually three or four at each end and foursix on each side of the stickman.

The stickman controls the action of the dice and the pace of the game. After all I bet you are down, the stickman pushes a few sets of dice to the shooter. That player selects a pair of dice and is ready to go. The rules for casino dice are simple, you roll on the table, so you hit the wall
the opposite end. In addition to this, as you throw OK. After throwing the dice, the actionProceeds as
follows:

If, on the first roll, you make a 7 or 11, you have a natural shot, and you win. What you win is the equivalent amount of chips you have bet on the pass line.

If you roll a 2, 3 or 12 on your first roll, called the Online Casino Craps and you lose. The dealer takes your pass line bet. Howevet not without the thrower of the dice. He continues to hold the dice until seven.

If, on the first shot, you shoot a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9,or 10, that is your paint box set. The object is then keep rolling the dice until you make the number. You lose if a 7 before making your box point roll.

Many other bets can be made, all of which are explained in Table 1-2 (page 12).

Although casinos hold throughout North America through the basic rules, there are some differences in the opportunities that the casinos offer to players. roll in a field bet, for example, some casinos give 2-1 odds on 2, and 3-1Opportunities on 12 Other casinos may allow the passage of the online betting opportunities boxpoint double take. If, for example $ 5 on the pass line bet and pulled a 6, would have allowed up to $ 10 on the back of your pass line bet, it would be worth $ 12 to $ 10 for your odds bet. Now that you know the basic rules, the dealer will be happy to communicate any changes in the house.

How to display ads more effective

Image : http://www.flickr.com

11 principles to improve outcomes in general, business-to-business display advertising

Where the art of selling is gone ...?

We have published more than 1,300 listings of business-to-business magazines in Australia, has been analyzed.

These indicators have been analyzed and compared with 10 widely accepted principles of advertising, plus an extra principle we feel is true for B2B ads .....

The principles are explained in this area, but soon realize that your admust -

1. Reader's gravity, with the participation of weightlessness Sync

2. They have a strong title

3. Do not reduce the benefits for the "solution" (for our own principle)

4. Dealing with easy to read typography

5. Get to the point quickly

6. provide sufficient material for sale

7. Address "you" the reader

Eighth features translate into benefits

9. Be careful not to make claims are vague, but specific

10. Tell the reader what to do next

11. Do you have aUnique Selling Proposition

These principles are accumulated from the tests and publish the best doctors published in the last 60 years.

Billions of dollars have been spent discovered, you try and prove them right. The results of our analysis are always breathtaking ...

O Less than 1% of one of the ads were all 11 principles.

93% or not more than half of principles.

O Less than 2% met the most critical principle (a goodHeadline).

The most common problem at the basis of these results is that most companies do not clearly understand what makes them different and therefore should not encourage a view of the competition.

The examples show us what to do and do not want the ads are from true reviewed. But he acknowledged examples of what not to do are tailored to protect the company from easily.

In both cases, does not reproduce or denomination. Perhaps you recognize your own ad, butothers are unlikely.

Ultimately, this resource is precious arms with the foundation to improve your advertising.

Principle 1: The display has to be reader-gravity gravity of sync with the participation

reader's eye naturally try to start your ad on the top left and bottom right in the end. This is the physical structure of English in the workplace. Each book has never read a newspaper article was printed in this way.

It is so common that it is quiteunconscious. There is a point of arrival on the top left, and even a terminal in the lower right.

The eye is resistant to the anti-gravity or left.

Occurring at the same time as this axis is different.

Your readers will follow the most natural seriousness "involvement" of the presentation, then the titles, then the text.

This is the process of scanning and detection at work ... Your eyes move from one picture in large letters, writing largesmall font size.

What follows is the best application of AIDA ... Awareness - Interest - Desire - Action.

First, your reader will be aware of your ad and then they are interested. Then you awaken in them a desire for your product or service, and encourage action.

These double standards at work in his ad, which is to make the best overall structure of what you synchronize both. And that means, roughly, by drawings or pictures at the top left, then the titlebetween them, the body copy, then the call to action.

This works in reading preferred by the customer to build. Avoid conflicts give up the physical act of reading, because of an appointment, and your readers before everyone in your message.

But almost all B2B ads, we see the order of these elements to the mix design prepared agenda.

For example, an ad that puts a space in the center of the title page and the images andCopywriting fragments around him, makes it difficult for the reader to determine where to start. The first few seconds of a reader's eyes meet your company's listing will make or break the display.

Synchronized reader-gravity and lightness participation helps them to read your ad longer.

Principle 2: The display must have a strong title

Inappropriate ads on a B2B title. A title is used, an explanation, or a sentence or a question a reader animatedEnter your ad body copy.

Through testing, it is generally held that a securities account for up to 80% of the potential effectiveness of ad sales.

The four best appeal to your title can get are: 1 Interest in the second quarter Curiosity value 3 News Quick and easy profit

There is no fixed rule, sooner or later the headlines, but fail to see if they have a title that will introduce more people.

Since many of the ads, we need to check that the titlesare abstract or just the name of the company, which most likely will not generate sales and have to buy.

The protection of companies and brands, as is our understanding that their products and services are completely healthy, we recommend using these examples of bad titles, we found in our test ...

1. "Small, but great art" 2 "The power to give" 3 "Finally there is a solution"

An announcement is a "sales person in print '. There is a seller.

AThe company did not request one of its vendors of any of these titles as the opening to provide an interview.

But unwittingly, this only shows that

Some of them could double or triple their effectiveness only with a better title.

Consider these three examples to better ad titles B2B ...

1. "Congratulations, you've saved $ 10 by buying a fake ... it is a pity party, the warranty can cost $ 90,000 air compressor" 2 "Slash Tire Maintenance" 3 "AvoidSlip-up with the new widget Pallet-Liner "

Principle 3: The ad must not reduce the benefits under the "solution" word

If we had a dollar for every time a company uses the "solution" word ...

derived some time ago a kind of holistic, comprehensive service. But in the last 10 years has been to use on skin benefits.

Not all the ads that avoid the "solution" word better than those who do not ... but the word has taken on a veil over substance.

Expand"Resolution" and return this powerful substance.

But how well-intentioned managers and advertising agencies contract substance still looking for a quick summary, they receive a "solution".

Our advice is to specifically describe what you're product or service and reach.

If the "solution" is already broaden your slogan or name on the top of it and educate the reader to copy the body.

We see great products and services without wanting to reduce their advertisingEfficacy ... 1. "The latest ventilation and smoke solutions"

[Headline for industrial fans and portable drives] 2 "Elastic Solutions [headline for sales of accessories for conveyor belt] 3 [Headline for laser marking and cutting]" to identify permanent solutions "

The following examples could also have the "solution" word, too, but he resisted and instead took the trouble to describe tangible benefits ...

1. Rapid Spill Control "2" Seven reasons why you should notPurchase of a laser "[headline for laser cutting services, interestingly, the motto is" innovative solutions ", and she defended the use of this as a title] 3" If you need any kind role for your machine, here's how you solved your problem in a simple phone call ... "

'Solution' To banish from the headlines and use them only in the body copy for advertising after it was explained in the title or opening paragraph.

Principle 4: The display must have easy to readPrinting

The act of reading is a complex process and it is important that your ad and help prevent this process.

Tips may seem restrictive, but to seek guidance for the publisher of the host. There are reasons why their sales organization, leading, font and font size, as can be seen.

The characters are easy to read, "serif" font. The simplest is the color of black text on white background.

Paragraph alignment easierleft. The easiest format to view a copy of the body is at 9 points and 13 points.

Vary from this guide that you want to give selective emphasis.

But I understand that your ad is difficult to read if the text is too "Dressed to Kill" is.

Two of the biggest problems we have in our industrial exposure control were seen, in font and contrast ...

Serif fonts such as Times New Roman are that small curls and ticks are in all cases. These help to read the form easily. We read of the wordsGiven the general form of the word, and the ends to help our eyes to do so.

Sans Serif (or "no thanks") is modern, but makes it easy to read and more difficult.

The contrast between text and background was the fault of others we have seen often. Check out these examples ...

Many B2B ads we've seen this type of disturbing elements from the "Printing" ... the word of the display.

We do not violate copyrights or to disclose the names, so they do not reproduceExamples for you.

Instead, we ask you a question, as the title was used by a landmark publication in 1984 by Colin Wheildon ... "Are you communicating or just beautiful shapes?"

Principle 5: The display must come to the point quickly

The priority of the correct information in the ad copy is the highest number of points before pressing the least important.

Only when the words above were interesting, the following words are read.

So you have to send the message morepowerful point of sale, on the one hand, to continue to keep readers and keep them with other relevant news to get the call to action. The reason is simple ... Time is precious when the player is navigating.

Clever wordsmithing hit copy or delay and dilute the message.

But many of B2B ads, we waste the precious first few lines of their display to brag or caution before giving a fixed value that their products or services without doubt offers ... Take thisExamples, adapted from ...

1. "The path of Enterprise-maturity is often associated with moments of tenderness and hesitation. But you have to endure these moments in this difficult time. For the companies we have a wide range of products and solutions to ensure business growth is as certain how much to bid quickly, "[the opening hours of sales marketing software] 2" For once a service is the new standard for value, function, performance and style. This time from the company "3"You can refuse to deal with" close enough is good enough, you will learn that the brand is only truly complete range of widget covers every aspect of your needs "

But this is an example for all, to the point quickly ...

"Now there is no need to pay the fine large slabs of heavy wall pipe big partition the open ends.'s Stock a wide range of fasteners and inserts for the job at a fraction of the cost!"

Your advertising works best when it comes to the point.

Principle 6:The display must provide enough substance for sale

Your ad is like a salesman, so he has to provide the largest possible number of relevant news, provided they do not differ cloud.

A brief announcement that says little of substance can possibly save the expense of advertising space on a powerful message point of sale.

A display as he can give the right messages, run the ad that says little shorter. Many B2B companies seem to be afraid of "long copy" ads or long-winded. But as long asWords provide a value, free of fat, they will be read by the right people. Who cares about the wrong people boring? They were not going to buy from you anyway.

Want proof copy is long safe? Are you still reading this marketing resource for six pages, and not think for a minute, we do not sell something for you.

We often see good products and services, sales copy, which is composed of only a handful of words ...

1. "Widgets temperature heat exchanger. Bindless SealTechnology "2." Great quality. Customer Service. Side channel blowers widget. Call for a brochure. "3" of superior quality! exceptional value! The widget smart From Down Under "

Examples include sufficient detail ... 1. "You can buy small quantities, because our factory is not set up a job of size, or ... you can buy in bulk and receive discounts helpful ... either way you win" points [Two of a dozen The individual does display a second band approximately AD 250 words] "Why is the brand differs from otherVSD compressors on the market? Must not be discharged and will give the air from the moment he begins to stop now. "[This announcement put some effort in good coverage of points]

Principle 7: The ad must deal with, "you" the reader

Ads that are in "you" speak the language, easier to read, offer better performance, and transmit the advertising message in person.

Ads will appear self-serving, not to speak to the reader's interest in mind.

Announcements see talk of "we"society or "it" product. They fail to address 'you' the player.

We all know that, but do not apply to our ads for them ... Our readers are interested in what we can do for them. 'You' as the word must be more frequently used in the titles of the most successful. The next 4 were 'yes' to know 'how', 'new' and 'who'.

These are simple examples of good products, that advertising does not change the address reader ... 1. "Society world leader in hand protection with an innovative series ofProducts and solutions for all types of industrial ... "2 [The word" you "is used only in the fourth paragraph.]" The logo was designed to be more efficient than any multi-level widget ever made. Through decades, we have the capability of the fire boxes are raised to meet the needs of modern industry. We improved in 30 years ... "[This announcement is not an instance of" you "in their material]

These examples show that B2B advertising can, in fact,Addressing the reader ... 1. "If you use pellets, then, companies that specialists lift" 2 "Our service ... we are everywhere, you can arrange transport goods around the world." [This ad has been 21 uses of "you" or "your", and only one out of 13 paragraphs of the words in it]

It 'hard, too many "you" the words in your ad.

Principle 8: The ad must be translated into utility functions

The characteristics are static properties and do not haveintrinsic value. For example: "The door is blue." One benefit is a benefit to someone. For example: "It complements the rug."

The advantages are the language of the customer, even if they are data-rich and appear to be characteristic of reading and writing.

But as an advertiser, you can not count on your readers to do the mental exercise of translating features into benefits. It 's the work of your announcement to make.

Sales training sales personal use persists candidate phrases like "way"in their dialogue with stakeholders.

"Our hand is twice the thickness of standard brake pads in order to protect your hands from the heat."

Your ad should do the same. Do not use bulky translator but the translation is still occurring.

Most of the ads that do not see, with features translate into benefits, not the reader, to say what they win. These ads cut their products or services.

For example, read these excerpts from B2B advertising feature only of whatare probably great products with great benefits ...

1. "Even a. Sealed Widget. Single, double piston design. It can be purchased as a completely open or closed" 2 "This widget provides a maximum flexibility of 50th-C to +105 ° C" 3 Run a superior control and signal processing "

Compare them to translate these extracts, which has a big job to do in performance ... 1. "Excellent adhesion: does not work or drip" 2 "The loading and unloading containers, to reachmuch faster turn-around time of delivery truck / trailer "3". The equivalent of 5 steel drums, but only the area of 4, making the cost of transport and storage "

We argue that brand awareness is not enough to get to your ad.

Your market must be aware of the key selling point instead of the message and the benefits of buying your product or service.

Principle # 9: The display must be to ensure claims are vague, but does not specify

vague statements in the advertisements we see frequently. But making vague statementslittle revenue impact. These involve the ease of the crime or at worst, fraud mild. As a special mean the facts are true, the claims are real, measurable results.

If the product arrives at reducing downtime 23% more, you need to see the specifics of their allegations.

If no special off-hand are known, or your agency should encourage testing for specific features, or looking for case studies and examples of customers.

Heinz is also known in marketing circles with more than 60 hadProducts if they claim that "57 varieties" in its advertising. But, as Heinz understanding 'of the power of the features that remain under-represented the truth in favor of fewer but specific.

One point is that the best characteristics relate to performance. Characteristics, the characteristics of your product or service related, such as size, are not necessarily powerful.

Let's see some examples of poor specificity in B2B advertising all the time ... they offer good products ... 1. "Thenew engine company is the solution of very low-cost brand, compressed, and the quietest engine in its class "2." New range of measurement products. Small size - great performance "3" Less energy, more profit "

Compare these with statements that are specific ... 1. "92.86% experienced a reduction in the cost of recruiting ..." 2. "The brand astounding 18-360 times faster than other drill driven mixer mixing of" 3 "... Turning waste liquid in a cake solid volume reduced by up to90% "

What are you inclined to believe more?

Principle # 10: The ad must tell the reader what to do next

The process of in-person sales calls a "field closed" when the needs of your buyers are understood, recognized and resolved.

Your advertising takes the same hands waiting for the reader to the explicit action is necessary to make them work.

An area of long-listing is likely to describe in detail what happens next, why and what you can expect of the reader. Buta brief message, contact details clear and the reader is strongly encouraged to use it.

An ad that calls for the sale of a seller. An advertisement must not be wasted.

B2B ads, you do not see explicitly tell the reader what to do, shopping, what could be an excellent product or service ...

For example ... 1. Call the toll free number 1800 zzz zzz "2 [under the logo in the bottom of the page Obscured]." Companies http://www.company.com.au 9999 9999 [list in block format, after all,Top of page] 3 "Companies email@company.com.au Tel 9999 9999 [located at the bottom of the chart, in 6-point-size]

But these examples show how to ask for the sale ... 1. "Phone now on 9999 9999 for a short-form catalog the full range of materials handling companies." 2. "The entry in the database is free. Record your data now http://www.company.com.au" 3 "To get a free copy or to arrange a meeting place for companies to present the results of workThey call or email@company.com.au 9999 9999 "

Once your company listing educated your readers you should tell them what to do next.

His readers are silently begging to be done. Your ad must lead.

Principle # 11: The display must have a Unique Selling Proposition (USP)

A good display is a clear statement. A good proposal is the sale required. And the best thing as a unique selling proposition is.

A USP is best used in place of aconventional slogan, or title, or both.

The concept is a powerful and underused and outdated, because for the first time by Rosser Reeves, an advertising executive identified in 1960.

Three famous examples ...

Domino's Pizza - Fast Food Delivery

"They made hot 30 minutes or it's free" M & Ms - Sweets

"It melts in your mouth, not in your hands" Fedex - Logistics

"When you absolutely, positively has to be

itovernight

These are more than slogans. They promise something tangible.

A USP is almost invisible to the world of B2B ads, despite the force that brings a marketing strategy and advertising, which puts it.

Many B2B advertisers are big business in the midst of a marketing strategy or controlled from overseas.

If you like through the process of deriving a USP difficult for them.

But it's worth. Although onlyThe position of a particular product better. Ask us how.

These examples show that under good products and services offered by Modest slogan ... 1. "Always on the move" 2 "Creativity in the interface" 3 "The creation of economic opportunities"

Here's a rare treat ... just one example of a possible USP, hidden in a graphic in your ad ... 1. [For compressed air and cooling solutions "service without any service of preparation time, but the advertiser does not have this feature in place of the password ... in ourSee that the success would have been] moving

The ABC's of USP

Image : http://www.flickr.com

There are currently more than 40,000 references in an average supermarket, 260 car models, 340 breakfast cereals, 790 magazines, 87 brands of soft drinks, 70 different types of Levi's jeans ... and only the tip of the iceberg of goods and services.

Now add that more than 2,100 advertising messages the average person takes every day and you'll quickly see that consumers are paralyzed by information overload.

To resolve this issue, many seek marketingshouts the loudest noise break - more money for more ads, more often and more outrageously creative. While these tactics may work to some extent, can significantly reduce the ROI. And like other vendors to follow, they become less effective.

However, it is a substantially easier way to get your products noticed and remembered.

According to Al Ries and Jack Trout in their book, Positioning: The Battle for Your Mind "The best approach to take in ourovercommunicated company has a simple message. You have the sense to refine your message to the cut. "USP, branding, Cousin Subs that is) the basis of the Unique Selling Proposition (USP.

Developed by the advertising agency president Rosser Reeves in 1960 is a USP-only attribute and the product has unique and significant. E 'as the product is placed not an end in itself, but compared to competing products.

For example:

o = Volvo Safety
Crest o =Caries
Energizer batteries or "durable"
O Papa John's ingredients = better
O = Cousins Subs best bread
O = Miller Lite tastes, less filling
or Domino's Pizza delivery = 30 minutes or its free
O = BMW Ultimate Driving Machine
= or M & Ms melt in your mouth, not in the hand

These products and trademarks are characterized by supporting the drawer for consumers as the "only _________." _________

On the contrary, "me-too" products withoutUSP are rarely very profitable, because there is nothing special about them to determine the value in the minds of consumers. What is the only competitive advantage can be created is more favorable, leading to little or no profit margins.

"If you do not tell consumers how to select, they do not have to choose, or go up the only thing they know how to choose. Price"
-Sergio Zyman, The End of Marketing As We Know It

To create the type oflead to powerful USP that consumers see the product, the product you prefer, and pay a premium for them three criteria are required:

1. You must have a proposal for the consumer, who says: "this product and get this specific. Benefit Buy"
2. The phrase should not be competition or offering.
3. The proposal must be strong so they can share for the target audience.

Jack Trout, in his book,Differentiate or Die, states that the most unique features fall into one of nine categories:

1. First on the market
2. Possession of a particular product attribute
3. Demonstration of the sale, technology, performance, or leadership
4. Based on history, heritage or product
5. After a specific product for a specific target
6. Show that the product is preferred by an influential group of peers
7. Is revealed as a product is made / special componentsor ingredients
The last eighth / current
9. His popular, trendy or "hot"

"Differentiation is a key strategic and tactical activities in which companies must constantly engage."
-Theodore Levitt, thinking management

While this is the most effective universal service provider for the implementation of marketing's most popular universal service are looking for, are often the weakest. These are the attributes of "quality" and "service".

In the minds of consumers, quality andService is not distinctive - are the basic expectations. Consumers think they have the right to assume that the products are of good quality are friendly and the service.

Furthermore, most consumers simply can not judge the quality. And the most progress in terms of quality are so slight as to be hardly noticed by the average consumer - which then irrelevant.

Also, how often we hear that companies have a better quality of service and first class? (AllTime.) How many times have you believe them? (Almost never).

You do not hang strong USP for your product on his hat? All is not lost.

You can use a right of first refusal. That is, if you claim a product that makes it unique ... It 's just not supported by the competition.

For example, Folger this tactic is used when successfully implemented their coffee as "mountain grown". All the mountain grown coffee, but Folger was the first to capitalizethe little-known fact.

Similarly, the slot has been # 2 beer in America in 1920, arguing that uses pure artesian well water, yeast, and steam-clean bottles - used all things beer. But she claimed the first slot. And because these statements are relevant to consumers at the time and were only in the public mind, for decades this has resulted in USP company.

Once you find the most powerful USP for your product, should become the main messagebe used to sell it. In the words of business guru Tom Peters: "Your product or service is not differentiated until the customer understands the difference."

This requires discipline, because all the functionality of the product must be further subject to the USP. This can be for marketers in their desire to reach revenue targets, try to be all things to all people, in the hope draws all difficult. Unfortunately, they are offering only when they succeed rather weak everywherestrong somewhere.

The final stage of the process is the ongoing search for new ways to deliver your product USP - to find new reasons to consumers this unique location is relevant, useful and valuable to them - its "simplified communications."

The result is a consumer preference and profitability of the product can be increased.

8 Career Tips for planning work

Image : http://www.flickr.com

After teaching career planning for several years, I refined the process of creation to find a career in the following 8 points that anyone can use, in any area, increase their chances staff at work, and bring jobs.

1. Determine YOUR values: In a nutshell, what is important to you? The value of freedom? Do you like the autonomy? Or work as a member of a team? Do you like structure? Or the lack of structure? Work hardHours? Or the hours flexible? Do you want a job with significant levels? Or when a job that is important in your life? These are all important questions you can answer, because it is both short-and long-term need luck. Often people are able to answer these questions with greater conviction if there were a number of work environments and situations.

2. Know your strengths: Study after study shows that the real keySuccess fully utilize our strength and work shy to reveal their weaknesses. People tend to look for the error to convert weaknesses into strengths. These efforts are in vain. Your time should be spent effectively and increase the use of your strengths, which are the basis for your core competency.

3. Test your knowledge: In my class I tell students use what I call a core competence tree diagram. The purpose of this map is to combine theirlarger (ie, stronger, more developed, more marketable, etc.) skills that the trunk (core competency) with their residual capacity (skills and secondary support) as the branches. This exercise has proved very effective in finding the most profitable skills who brings to the table. The accurate assessment of capacity is often overlooked and results in under-employment. The phrase "ability to pay the bills" must be present when it comes to articulating the skills thatYou have.

4. Research, Research SEARCH: Too often, people choose the wrong profession, because they do not know the many appeals of this study are in their area. This often leads to disappointment and misemployment. Time to adequately research the profession you want to run, and type of field you want, is vital. Part of this research should also conduct informational interviews with people who want to do what he would do for a living,Visit Web sites, blogs of the people in your chosen field and written law journals, the stories of the producers mentioned that in your field.

5. CREATE YOUR OWN: The main advantage of a plan that gives you a sense of direction to help you achieve your goals. In real life, career planning, choosing the routes we believe we have created our goals, but we must be open to new ways of boarding canduring our trip. Just as with a plan is important, so is the importance of planning to be flexible. It keeps you in a realm of possibilities and help you reach the right destination.

6. CHANNEL his passions: the importance of passion is well documented, "Follow Your Heart," "Do what you love," and so on. It 'absolutely true! The decisive factor here is to channel passions before then - even if it is never too late to do what you love - youclear opportunities for young people to be given; capitalize on your youth! There is no point in delaying the exercise of what excites you. Everyone has passions, but not all the correct channels. passion and talent is used as the bud of a flower that opens never fully achieved in all its beauty and splendor. As long as channel your passions into something - the job they are paid or not - you are nursing, so that it can boost your careerOr dynamic can be exploited in an alternative career.

7. Experience: In a nutshell: There is no substitute for experience. You need so much from him as fast as you can get. Stage is a win-win offer for you and a potential employer, because finding a job for free, and you'll gain valuable experience. Without this experience, stay, if not unrealistic about the true-to-life hardships of the profession and the industry wants to work inGaining experience will help you confirm your interests and activities, or help re-direct them. Placement is by far the smartest thing to do in a tight labor market, while seeking full-time employment.

GET eighth mission critical ally: Everyone knows the importance of networking. But everyone knows the importance of mission critical allies. First, if you do not have a mission (a plan that you have everything else in life priorities) need not be a missioncriticism. Mission Critical allies are those who forge important that included counseling and support. Russell Simmons has been a key ally for Diddy. Rick Rubin has been a key ally of Russell Simmons. Find a critical ally and make your best friend.

Good luck to all your career efforts!

SEO Expert Guide - Proposition Development (part 2 / 10)

Image : http://www.flickr.com

E 'literally amazing how many people start their online business presence by buying a domain name (close to their company) and the development of a brochure-ware page. Only later did they turn their mind to optimize their site for (i) their audience and (ii) the manner in which you can find an audience. Fewer still have a long, hard look at what their competitors are doing first.

Leave it to you by me, the best way to succeed in search engine optimization, building on its commercial developmentStrategy from the outset. For this reason - before we turn to optimization techniques - my first guide into consideration the basic questions of what, who and where:

(A) What do you sell?

The first and most obvious question in this sequence is whether you sell a product or service and the degree to which you can meet online.

To illustrate the thinking involved, I (in this guide) the (mythical) example of Doug Chalmers, a strongholdthe restored antique doors, brass fittings and accessories, in Windsor, United Kingdom.

Doug makes his money from selling doors (20% of total profit), selling door handles and doors (25%), sale of bells or pulls (25%) and installation services (30%). He sold the bells, pulls, handles and doors in the United Kingdom (and once or twice overseas, through word of mouth), but not limited to installation within 20 miles and rarely sells doors to peopleoff site.

If forced to carefully consider everything to be set, Doug admits that he has no desire - or ability - to sell fitting services outside of its immediate (local considerations related to the ability to travel. E) But until you can see a largest market worldwide for its brass fittings and accessories.

I know what you think, do not laugh. Doug may be right, and (possibly) understand its business better than you or I. He gets a lot 'Companies from American and French tourists, who drop into his shop after a visit to Windsor Castle. Many take his business card. First, almost always want to see brass knockers, but often write with various small objects.

Doug has the stories of other local companies that were successfully intercepted online. The Teddington Cheese, for example, English and European cheeses sold throughout the world and was winner of the British E-Commerce in 1999. Who would have thoughtCheese is a winner online? Well, Teddington Cheese, and received many awards since then!

There are actually a number of key things about Doug's assertion that we are once again in subsequent parts of the guide. However, the crucial point for now, the installation of a brochure of all Doug's products and services is unlikely to be the best strategy. He has some specific objectives and targeted - and think through them (and refining them) there is a lot betterProbability of success online.

(B) Who are your target group?

Segmenting the audience is doing an important part of any marketing strategy or public relations and made no mistake, search engine optimization is essentially a marketing and PR (if a little 'different, some of the most traditional of that field) .

Doug agreed that he seeks socio-economic class A / B for its services. These people are typically affluent professionals, workers who live in greenPeriphery. He is fortunate in that these people are disproportionately represented in the use of the Internet!

After thinking, it can easily segment its customers into three types: (1) full-replacement manufactured locally, (2) restructuring and DIY (3)-equipped. The first group are local people, which together replace a door is broken or drafty. They are aware of costs in general, for the whole package (consisting of appropriate products and services). The second group areInterest in terms of specific products (which are happy to fit). You want to discuss how it fits, not the cost of labor. However, they are the group least sensitive to the price of the product cost, and often the best deal. The third group, but want to buy products in a professional, fully fitted and finished. Are you willing to pay for quality, but more price sensitive than the "do it yourself. If you are not there (what) they want a referral to him as a person in the formlocally in their area.

Doug makes the most revenue today (in order) in groups 1, 3, 2 However, he makes the biggest profit margin per sale (in order) for groups 2, 3, 1 - the exact opposite! His time (and that of his fitters network) is the biggest obstacle in his business. If only he could grow the segment "do it yourself, could significantly improve their overall profitability of the business.

We hope that the point here is obvious. At least, Doug's website address (perhapsseparately) the needs of these three groups. Ideally, the site will concentrate firepower on the second group (where the opportunities for growth without constraints is greater). Finally, (reflecting the different regions of its customers) the site, a local and a global face.

(C) Where are your competitors?

No proposition development is complete without an honest assessment of what the competition. You are in a mortar and clicks on a local basisCompanies like Doug should be taken into account in writing to participate in both local and global competition.

A useful tool to use is the so-called SWOT analysis, where you draw four boxes in a 2x2 table for each participant. Note In the first box, the strengths of the competitors in the second their weaknesses, their opportunities in the third and fourth their threats. Strengths and weakness are things inherent to their business model, how it works today (and internally as a rule).Opportunities and risks are happy things outside of society and as a rule.

Check each site objectively and open-minded as your customers. Consider whether the site was easy to find in search engines. How many different jobs have you tried? Do you like the look of the site? And 'the address of each customer group separately, focus on a segment or try all things at once? It was easy to obtain information and do business?

Leave enough space in the boxReturn at a later stage in the lead (as we often refer to what your competitors are doing right or wrong).

financing of venture capital or financing is a good option for companies that have a set annual corporate culture only, 30 percent, which could earn high return on investment or, at least on investment that would have done. These companies usually require huge outlays of capital.

The venture capitalists usually get a share of ownership, so that would be able to work with business risk and profits of the company. So, could become one ofCompany's institutional shareholders. In return, society would be in a location from the operational and financial support by the management team of venture capitalists would benefit expected.

A decisive contribution to society would have sufficient capital to achieve rapid market share to gain. The additional funds raised by venture capitalists could provide the company with sufficient working capital to have the abilitymarket, brand, then sell the company's products.

Through a venture capitalist or an institutional shareholder in your company, you would be able to give your customer confidence.

Moreover, again by a venture capitalist on board would mean that corporate governance is a part of the company's policy from the beginning. However, a downside of venture capital financing would be that a company could venture capitalists feel that lack of strict controlAlliances like the one company that can change the direction of the business to request, without approval.

A company or institution must be seen as prompted venture capitalists who invest in the company's growth, so that a value in itself, since it business contacts in strategic consulting, marketing and referrals network.

Muscle does not take fancy equipment or expensive - Just You

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Muscle must always be an inexpensive deal. Working in retail, I can see sells sports equipment for $ 200, 300 and 500 plus. This is crazy.

I no longer work in the gym. For a variety of reasons, which now prefer to train at home. In terms of time, convenience and efficiency, that is my choice. I usually work with my Bodylastics resistance bands.

But today I am informed that some of the best exercises for muscle pumping has nothing to do withEquipment itself. I always start my practice with 5 or 6 minutes of heating. The place to go jump in my arms and kicking my legs, whatever goes into the blood.

A few minutes into rages, and I feel 20-25 squat, then jump again. After another minute or two drops of 20 or so and do push-ups.

Push-ups felt good, so I decided not to change my job a little 'and opened the session with 4 upper levels of push-ups and pull-ups. Here's howwas:

Step 1 - Increase shoulder width push-ups (30 reps) followed immediately by the pull-ups with the palms away from me (11 Wh)

Set 2 - Wide, push-ups (22 reps), followed by neutral grip pull ups with palms facing each other (6 reps 5 reps more than half). For the push-up, my hands were almost 4 feet away, where the fingers to point.

September 3 - Elevated push-ups with large amplitude of about 2 feet apart and a half (25 Wh) to reverse grip pull-ups (4 repetitions followed half plus 3Repetitions).

September 4 - Diamond push-up with your index finger and thumb form the diamond touch (11 push-ups, plus another 8 with his knees on the floor)), followed by regular pull-ups with your feet on a chair behind me ( 12 assisted pull-ups with your legs.

My whole upper body was pumped. I felt great. And what cost me. The pull-up bar was possible to get on craigslist for a few euro.

If you can do over 30 reps for each variation of push-ups, then a backpack with some of their books -instantaneous resistance. Or you could lift your feet higher.

For me, work was a good break from my normal Bodylastic. I believe that most can only push-ups and chin-up benefits. For those who need to press the bank or do pulldowns, only the cycle of body weight in motion every few weeks. There is something moving your whole body thanks to a resistance level, the benefits more.

Throw in a few squats, lunges, handstand push-ups and dips, andalso have a whole body of work for the cost of - well - almost nothing. Can not be beat, dass

Setting up a website

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Where to start in the person creating a Web site? What software should I use? Creating a website is not easy. If you know what the first step in creating your own website is that they are interested, please read on.

In fact, it's a good idea, a solid understanding of how to build Web sites before going live. If you are looking for a professional website, you should be willing to pay for one, such as building a professional lookingWebsite does not happen overnight.

I formally studied website design and development for six years and I have devoted many hours of my time on this issue, and I still have my moments, I feel like throwing in the towel. Why? Study web design and development is wide and deep!

Not only can it be difficult to build a relatively simple site, but a man must know how to manage a site as it is on a server. In addition, you must understand howWeb pages are indexed, and depending on the Internet. Flash animations, internal links, external links and hierarchical organization are the lifeblood of websites.

Know how you to create Web graphics-ready essential, because you need to load web pages quickly. Do not forget to require knowledge of web design elements and principles, typography and web-friendly style sheets, graphic design and written communication skills. Each of these aspects can not be ignored orminimized and are the building blocks for web sites that look professional.

Where should the person start? Go to a bookstore or Web sites and search for books on the subject. Personally, I have a library of computer books and need them all. Also, try increasing your awareness when you visit websites of other people and see how others are building their websites. The classes will certainly help. Search for software like Microsoft FrontPage or Macromedia Dreamweaver is really the answer to build andMaintenance of websites, as editors come with tutorials and learn to be a rocket scientist! Remember, keep things simple. Try using a template, and note the number of websites to find a minimum. The work on the free web space seems like a good idea, but I personally would not have happened. You might as well properly from the beginning. work online and try to manipulate a site is difficult at best, but the space is a bit confusing. Do not forget, there aremany great books on creating websites. (Revised 2/15/2006)

Evaluation of potential companies - 8 critical components of business profitability analysis

Image : http://www.flickr.com

The profitability analysis of society is a boring topic. But this is also the most important part of your business and marketing plans, in which direction the market environment has the potential of supply and demand, and scope out your potential decisions to the market. Note that financial modeling is beyond the scope of this article.

I have the economic feasibility analysis separated into two main categories, namely the valuation models for synthesis and Your DomainBusiness valuation models. The first includes Porter's five competitive forces model, PEST analysis. The second includes the SWOT analysis matrix, Target Segment Analysis, Product Life Cycle Analysis, Competitive Advantage Model, Product Growth Directions, BCG Matrix. Both series of models that will help qualify if the company is valid on market demand and market opportunities of supply.

1. Porter's five competitive forces model

Porter's five competitiveForces model of Michael E. Porter, a strategic analysis of prospects for broader context of the developed market. It explores the five main factors namely the bargaining power of suppliers, customers who buy power on / New entry threats, threats of replacement rivalry and competition.

The five forces of influence are interdependent, and interacting with each other at any given time. This is a model which will be reviewed on a consistent basis, usually takes about a year and a halfDeadline for re-evaluation of market trends.

2. PEST analysis

Click the "pest control" ensures good health is a major boost for the company. PEST analysis means, in essence, the macro analysis and the political and legal, economic, social, cultural, technological.

Economic environment could make or break your business. In 2008, the subprime problem is a global financial crisis, which affected not just the housing market, butvirtually all aspects of the economy because of their spill-over effect. The interest rate to cry at the time of writing, 2%, far from 4% a year ago. Banks tighten their belts in lending and loan business loan has become more difficult to obtain. But if you can get the business loan, you must be a refund of much lower interest.

One factor in-line, more and more important is the environment. Every big company today are involved in one form or the reductionemissions of carbon dioxide and ozone in climate change.

3. SWOT Analysis Matrix

SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats your business. Strengthening domestic capacities in component analysis of all business functions that may be the only record in which the mapping business strategies. Weaknesses internal gap analysis at present. Similarly, opportunities and threats analysis of your companythe external environment that could give rise to opportunities or threats for the company. It is a liquid cheat sheet (not completely exhaustive and should add to their own industry fair), which should be reviewed annually as a reality check stop-shop.

4. Target segment analysis

This is a very critical part of the marketing plan that will help you with your market segmentation and define your target markets. Define your segment &customer base in target groups of primary and secondary market with demographic and psychographic information. The demographics are age, income, geographic location, etc. Psychographic data include needs throughout life, lifestyle, purchasing habits of consumers, etc. Once done, there would be a better measure of the potential size of target segments. You can simply use the segments to fit your products, thus expanding its segment for more potential.

5.Competitive advantage model

The model of competitive advantage by Michael E. Porter proposes four approaches to benchmarking against your competitors, cost leadership, differentiation or focus with 2 variations.

cost leadership strategy: a policy of cost price within your industry leader. This is achieved by economies of scale. It is almost exclusively for this competition otherwise place more than one company to dominate in this region cause a priceWar.

differentiation strategy as the unique value proposition, and in areas such as product, service, image, sales, marketing, etc. or a combination thereof.

Strategy Focus looks for the best in a segment aimed at focusing with two versions of cost and differentiation focus

6. Analysis of the life cycle of the product

The Product Life Cycle Analysis helps to identify the product stage. All the products pass through four stages, namely theIntroduction, growth, maturity and decline. Each product has a life cycle. You must know the life cycles of products carefully in order to plan their life stages during the period horizon.

This analysis is a fluid document that must be updated annually for planning purpose. If you believe that the product is not currently being exploited by other potential maximized, you should try pro-active, rejuvenating the life cycle of these products and their maturitydecline phases.

7. Size and growth directions

How can the size and growth of the approaches likely to adopt growth while driving sales of the product. This is a matrix that maps your product growth strategies into new markets and existing products vs. Potentially, the four segments of market penetration, market development, diversification and development of the product. The market penetration, in essence, the exploitation of new markets with existing products.Market development is gaining momentum in existing markets and products. Diversification means existing markets with new products leverage. And, of course, the development of product expansion into new markets with new products.

Eighth BCG Matrix

Boston Consulting Group has developed the BCG matrix to set priorities in the portfolio of a product should be given help. It has two main dimensions - market share and market growthRate, with 4 categories fall in this quadrant.

Industry-leading Stars = - Products with high growth and high market share. Generate cash flow and require a high input high liquidity. Net cash flow is usually flat.

Cash Cows = creation of the Business (stars of past years) - Products with a lower growth rate and high market share. It produces a high cash flow with low entry requirements in cash.

Dog = drag the company - products with a growth rate lowersmall market share. Should be avoided. the largest possible number outstanding.

Question Marks = ambiguity of the business - the products with high growth and low market share. Strong demand and low cash yields. If you take the question mark, you must ensure increased market share and provide liquidity.

The identification of your products in each category will tell you the proper growth and funding strategy. For example, the injection of money fromQuestion Marks provided & / or Stars Fund in order to drive the next level - Cash Cow positions.

real application of the feasibility analysis above is a cumulative interaction of the different models, even if they are developed separately by separate strategies. I am in favor of a broad approach to the use or conjugation therein lies the great interdependence of the individual to another.

The task of marketing is to promote your business and attract potential customers. What has happened is done with the prospects, the task of distribution. When measuring the success you focus your marketing plan, not on sales figures, but responses, inquiries, and awareness.
Here are some specific ways to measure the success of your marketing program.

1. Effective marketing is your brand and unique selling proposition.

It 'clearly differs from yourCompetition. Effective branding of your store unique. What sets you apart from the competition? What keeps existing customers with you? What would attract new customers in your door?

2. Concentrate on your current customers first!

Expand International - 8 points before Going Global View

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Since my company recently celebrated his record of consecutive wins at home, my new international business quickly became cold.

It seems like my American success was not working with my foreign partners who tell me to think differently in order to compete on their lawns maintained. If only I had known then what I know now, I countless hours, endless headaches and can save you a bundle of money. I think I did a little 'more homework.

BeforePlan to extend your business and consider the whole idea of these 8 important points:

1. If you are a national home? The demand for your business in a foreign land is closely correlated with the size and success of your business at home. In this age of easy access to information, consumers and business people in most countries are aware of what is here is very popular in the U.S. and what is not. If you are a hot business here, chances do you draw the demand forYour brand "over there".

2. What business model should you use? Franchising, licensing, joint ventures and business models of properties have their advantages and disadvantages. Some require more work or more of initial investment. Which model to choose in order to drive your rate of earnings growth for the coming years.

3. Get the right partner. Securing the right business partner in each country is the number one rule for success. Make sure your potential partnerto bring financial status, influence and prestige to the local economy, access to resources and experiences in your country to mark its territory. In small countries, you should also check its influence politics and history, politics and business are often intertwined

4. Your task is to land. In the countries are some of your success rates are doing or can inhibit arrangements could. Be aware that the differences between countriessignificant. Not into the trap of referring to the growth in general (eg, "Asia") caught, because neighboring countries may vary greatly within a geographic region. The bottom line: learning and recall as possible knowledge of any foreign country before entering in your list of expansion.

5. Do you have a support infrastructure to do is supply chain management to support international expansion at home or need for alternative sources? You set the finance departmentfor conversion of foreign currency transactions and to manage? And if someone decides the world in the middle of the night you call someone available to answer the call? Your IT department ready to manage the foreign information service systems?

6. Do you have a business model replicable? When expanding internationally, offshore, it is important to recognize that the cost structure is likely to differ greatly. supply costs, labor costs, property prices,Seasonality can do considerable obstacles to your success. Ensure an operational model that easily with the major components that are clearly identified and compared in order to develop the existing model.

7. Do not rush! Plan your growth through diversification, with a portfolio balanced approach to land. Make this diversification similar risks of investing in the stock market. Otherwise, your growth generated opportunistically rather than strategically wrong in a row and mixedCommunication, lack of support on the ground, exploded, causing overhead, and even the dilution of the mark. The attempt to bring an action, which is 4,000 miles away in a foreign legal system is not only cost effective but also the chance to sleep in a serious financial risk.

Eight do not expect an unexpected overnight. Growing internationally is a continuous learning environment. Your company will experience new challenges, questions and uncertainties. There will be obstacles. Most companieseven the most successful here at home to suffer the losses in the early years of the international growth strategy. Talk to your international development, with a five-year business plan for success.

International is expanding and set up a lucrative business attractive. If carefully and strategically planned and executed, a unit of international business to add value to your company as a whole. In addition, if your business is based in the United States then your international businessUnit, a falling dollar United States, with favorable exchange rates fell on the pillow bottom line.

No fee apartments for rent in New York and Brooklyn apartment

Image : http://www.flickr.com

If you are looking for an apartment in New York City, which are certainly not alone. New York City, one of the main urban centers of America is with the people that go boom. If you go over the city on the first day of each month, is probably just how many people will find themselves in the land of the city: the number of moving vans degree!

Why then sometimes it seems so hard to go hunting for an apartment?

5 rules when you take a martial arts school

Image : http://www.flickr.com

looking for a martial arts school can be a difficult phrase. I know because I see every day people trying to decide on a martial arts school to speak. They are both looking for arts education, civil status for themselves, their children or the whole family. What I have in my 20 years of teaching experience I have noticed that many people simply do not know what to ask or what to look for when they start seriously trying to find the marital status of arts education. This article usesChoosing a martial arts school near you.

According to the latest estimates, the city I had lived in over 20 martial arts schools. If you attended any, and there were only 20 or 30 minutes you spend more than 10 hours and even closer to training. Two years ago there were only about 12 schools in the same area. This brings us to our first rule of choosing a martial arts school:

Rule # 1 to choose a martial arts school that had been in Bellevue for at least 5 years. I'm not sayingnew martial arts schools are not good, in fact, that some very well. But statistically small businesses close their doors for an amount of 74% within the first year. Martial arts schools are no exception.

Next you want a location that is less than 15 minutes drive from work or home. This just makes sense. A convenient location can make a difference in your long-term training.

Rule # 2 Select a place of martial arts that only 15-20 minuets commute. Break thisThe only rule except with the positions in your area are happy. It 's very best to have a spare 10 minutes of quality as a stop after only a few weeks because you do not like to get the classes.

Rule No. 3 Choose a marital arts instructor that the same values and goals that you actions. For example, if you look at the martial arts and the family to get in shape while learning a bit 'self-defense, then choose a school that functions much more, not to compete in tournamentsfor you.

Rule # 4 to know what you're looking for, so you know what you get. The knowledge of knowing what you're looking for is the only way to ensure that you get what you want. Tournaments If you want to make sure that the school knows that if you want meditation make the offer. If you do not want to work with children to ensure that this is an adult program. And do not forget to ask what they consider to adulthood. Some sites consider 12 an adult. The last rule is the 'and it is important to ask.

Rule # 5 questions to ask. Do you feel intimidated to ask questions. You're the only person who knows what you're looking for. I talked to many people who made big mistakes, wasted years and money talked, they do not know what to ask. So please, ask all your questions and much more! If you know what you would like to ask questions, you can use my guide for consumers on how to choose a martial arts school. These are based on 20 years of questionsof people that we were starting to martial arts.

High Frequency Forex Trading - does it work?

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Look at all those robot $ 100 Forex promising 90 +% accuracy. You do what you have shown cal scaling. It sounds great in theory but in real life just does not work with foreign currency. Why?

High Frequency Trading is a losing proposition, except for financial institutions, stock exchanges seats now wants to use bet and temporary mis-pricing (arbitrage), and not direct.

Brokers love and suppress high-frequency trading just to generate commissions that theydo not care if their customers until they lose to generate commissions. Forex brokers usually earn their money by charging merchants 2 pips + input and output. So now a trade, you are at least 4 pips. If your goal is 5 pips ... You are lucky to have a pip profit. What about losses? So you are planning to set up a 5 pips are lost. Now add 4 pips broker commissions and slippage. And you're looking at almost 10 pips on a loser.

If you are still intent on finding thatForex scalping system difficult, here are some suggestions:

1. It must be automated. If you do, several trades a day, it is necessary that these trades to go to market at the right time at the right price. To do this manually you would on a major disadvantage.

2. Back to the first test. And only go forward with the trade, a strategy, if you test probability 'of at least 60/40 in your favor in the back. The reason is that the bid ask spread will affect the shareThe success and the strategy must be profitable to be after a price

As a simple calculation of the probability of success, I use this formula:

win-loss-fail ratio = loss ratio x profitLim success ratio limit

For example - If your strategy to win 6 times out of 10. It 'been a success-fail ratio of 06:04 in your favor. If the bid-ask spread is 1 pip, and then set the take profit and stop loss limits to 7 points, loss of profit limit ratio limit 6: 8 against you. It is6: 8 because of the difference between the limits of 14, but due to a spread of 1 pip, pip loss will have a closer and further from 1 pip profit and not be positioned at 7:07 (ie 50: 50).

6 limit the success factors of profit x 6 = 36, 4 32 x 8 = limit the loss of failure. Final profit / loss ratio is 36:32 (ie 9: 8 in your favor). Their strategy is probabilistic success.

Here's an example where even if you have a strategy for success, probably notin practice -

Success-fail ratio = 52:48 (ie 13:12)
Profit-loss ratio limit limit = 6: 8

Success 13 x 6 = 78 limit profit
12 limit losses to fail x 8 = 96
Final profit / loss ratio = 78:96 (ie 39:48) - not good!

3) You have low fees and full pass-through ECN Broker. The Pip spread for the purchase and sale.

You gave up awfully fast, but the decision was right ... 99% of people in "High Frequency Trading" does not

Achieve success through a clear differentiation

Image : http://www.flickr.com

The importance of a clear differentiation for the product and length of service can not be overstated. Take any successful organization and is always a special range of products and services that deliver value and results to its customers. It is more likely to operate in a highly competitive market like most businesses today.

While price is always a selling point is certainly not the only factor in decision to purchase. You canSelect a level where you try to compete exclusively on price, be used. Even for larger organizations, this is always a dangerous game to play. Its edges are removed, your statement is a commodity, and you sacrifice a value experience for your customers to buy a cheaper product or service.

Just look at the retail market and the supermarket wars glimpse of the knife edge that many organizations are winning at rest.Very few are really successful. An exception is Tesco, which have in recent years by a supermarket chain for a large operation offers a complete shopping experience for retail customers moved. Its loyalty program customers may have laid the groundwork for his most recent explosion of growth.

Although price competition Tesco have their clearly differentiated approach and can offer an important example for all employers, large or small their business. EachBusiness owners can learn from their success. low-margin market - Tesco has successfully handled a high volume. Some of his biggest hits include covers a wide range, clothing, office supplies, insurance and the variety of food provided and food offerings. You entered also sent to different markets with a series of budget and premium range. They also have a Tesco television advertising in a channel of retail sales and are one of the fewSupermarket chains, to ensure the success of the business growth in online shopping.

I recommend you check your product and service set to see what concepts to include a number of the package can only help build your own here. It is a 5-step process:

• Start by listing all the functions and features of your products and services

· Conversion aligned with a list of these customersBenefits that can consistently deliver on

• Remove from the list all the "me too" aspect of Competition

• The elements are left with a list of your unique

· These dishes in a benefit-oriented statement about sending your uniqueness

There are other factors beyond price that you can include to describe your value. One aspect is the way to demonstrateConsistency and reliability as a supplier of high credibility and competence. A good example of this is to produce a report Buyer's Guide or specialist and then at no charge to interested parties.

Another aspect is the way to meet the needs of your customers, adapting and refining or configuring a custom solution that fits your needs exactly.

Finally, do not forget how to refer to your client by creating empathyand the development of long-term relationships, partnerships for mutual benefit for them and for yours. Ultimately, people prefer to trade with people they like and may want to purchase easily.

2008 presidential election campaign Hits Betting Online Sports Betting

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Election betting is not new. In fact, Las Vegas oddsmaker Jimmy "the greek" Snyder for fame and credibility (which later moved to a position at CBS NFL preview show LED) when ahead after finding that women do not trust men, mustache, wearing boldly loser office on President Harry S. Truman would be New York Governor Thomas E. Dewey defeat in the race for the Oval Office in 1948. Or so the story goes.

The irony is that the bookmakers accept bets on NevadaElections. The reason most frequently cited is that, as votes Entertainment Awards as the Oscars, that someone knows the results of voting in advance, but there's something nauseating mixing gambling and politics.

Yeah, right.

Sure, the majority of online bookmakers outside the jurisdiction of the difficulty of silver futures on booking small state who will win the next four-year lease at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The process should come to a conclusion, ifThe delegate-rich states like California, New York and Florida to vote in next February, is already underway with 10 Republicans and eight Democrats vying for the prize. Each field party will grow and the possibility for a fusion ticket, or an independent candidacy.

Online bookmakers attack the general elections of 2008 in one of three ways. The easiest way is to post, the home of a generic set on which white is the party to win. Led by a president with record low approvalRatings and burdened by an increasingly unpopular war in Iraq (winning bet $ 100 to $ 140), the Republicans clearly disadvantaged control in 2008, as a rule, more than 140 listed Underdogs maintain. On the other hand, the Democrats, with the energy and their most basic monitoring of independent voters in their direction, as a -160 favorite (bet $ 160 to win $ 100), cited in regaining control of 'Oval Office.

Some people might not aligned with either party more important as an independent or third partywinning candidate? 5250, you can remote the possibility.

Many online bookmakers also has separate books for future Democrats and Republicans. Although the war in Iraq, a very unpopular among party activists who voted approved, heads to New York Senator and former First Lady Hillary Clinton, the list of Democrats, generally at odds about 4 / 5 Representing a younger generation , is the Illinois Senator Barack Obama, the clear choice second to 5 seconds with the former senator from North CarolinaJohn Edwards, 5 / 1, and even a surprise candidate, former Vice President Al Gore, from a minimum of 4 / 1 offered to a maximum of 10 / 1. New Mexico governor, Bill Richardson, who is widely regarded as the ideal candidate for the vice presidential elections, Senators Chris Dodd (CT) and Joe Biden (DE), former Senator Mike Gravel (Alaska) and Congressman Dennis Kucinich, fields long.

Although participation in moderate or liberal views on many social issues like abortion, gay rights and gun control, the former New York Mayor RudyGiuliani is a 7 / 5 favorite to complete the most conservative of the GOP becoming president. Sen. John McCain, who holds a position on immigration is unpopular choice 5 / 2 second with the former Massachusetts governor, Mitt Romney, whose positions have been developed (his critics would say "flip flop") is 4 / 1 quote by former Sen. Fred Thompson of Tennessee, the race in July is expected that about as much chance of Romney in force.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, the race would be about 15 / 1 to give should be executed, diced before candidates governors, as announced by the former Mike Huckabee (AK) and Tommy Thompson WI), Sen. Sam Brownback (KS) and Congressman Duncan Hunter, Ron Paul and Tom Tancredo.

Senator Chuck Hagel (NE), 30 / 1, the race could be a Republican or as an independent force.

The third way online bookmakers offer future presidential elections to a flat rate, all the candidates together in a mass book. The difference between this type of book of his books and his party is the same as the difference between futures and the World Series pennant, the more risk but more reward is for the whole enchilada.

Clinton is the favorite in the big book, usually about 2 / 1 in controls Giuliani next at odds of 7 / 2 with Obama at 4 / 1, McCain at 6 / 1, Romney and Gore at 8 / 1

The election is approaching in 2008, many online bookmakers key Senate and Governor races in their voicesBetting Menu offers even more options for betting election.
