Muscle does not take fancy equipment or expensive - Just You

Muscle must always be an inexpensive deal. Working in retail, I can see sells sports equipment for $ 200, 300 and 500 plus. This is crazy.

I no longer work in the gym. For a variety of reasons, which now prefer to train at home. In terms of time, convenience and efficiency, that is my choice. I usually work with my Bodylastics resistance bands.

But today I am informed that some of the best exercises for muscle pumping has nothing to do withEquipment itself. I always start my practice with 5 or 6 minutes of heating. The place to go jump in my arms and kicking my legs, whatever goes into the blood.

A few minutes into rages, and I feel 20-25 squat, then jump again. After another minute or two drops of 20 or so and do push-ups.

Push-ups felt good, so I decided not to change my job a little 'and opened the session with 4 upper levels of push-ups and pull-ups. Here's howwas:

Step 1 - Increase shoulder width push-ups (30 reps) followed immediately by the pull-ups with the palms away from me (11 Wh)

Set 2 - Wide, push-ups (22 reps), followed by neutral grip pull ups with palms facing each other (6 reps 5 reps more than half). For the push-up, my hands were almost 4 feet away, where the fingers to point.

September 3 - Elevated push-ups with large amplitude of about 2 feet apart and a half (25 Wh) to reverse grip pull-ups (4 repetitions followed half plus 3Repetitions).

September 4 - Diamond push-up with your index finger and thumb form the diamond touch (11 push-ups, plus another 8 with his knees on the floor)), followed by regular pull-ups with your feet on a chair behind me ( 12 assisted pull-ups with your legs.

My whole upper body was pumped. I felt great. And what cost me. The pull-up bar was possible to get on craigslist for a few euro.

If you can do over 30 reps for each variation of push-ups, then a backpack with some of their books -instantaneous resistance. Or you could lift your feet higher.

For me, work was a good break from my normal Bodylastic. I believe that most can only push-ups and chin-up benefits. For those who need to press the bank or do pulldowns, only the cycle of body weight in motion every few weeks. There is something moving your whole body thanks to a resistance level, the benefits more.

Throw in a few squats, lunges, handstand push-ups and dips, andalso have a whole body of work for the cost of - well - almost nothing. Can not be beat, dass
